流动注射分光光度法同时测定Fe(Ⅱ)和Fe(Ⅲ)

摘　　要：将流动注射技术引入邻菲罗啉分光光度法测定Fe^2＋分析体系，采用单阀双带镀镉锌片还原柱带隔离的阀体流路，建立了同时测定微量Fe^2＋和Fe^3＋的分析方法。Fe^2＋的测定范围为0～10mg／L，检出限为1．2×10^-6mg／L；Fe^3＋的测定范围为0～12mg／L，检出限为1．8×10^-6～mg／L。方法用于水中Fe^2＋和Fe^3＋的同时测定。A flow injection spectrophotometry is proposed for simultaneous determination of iron ion （ Ⅱ ） and iron ion （Ⅲ） based on o-phenanthroline spectrophotometry, using double zone injection and a reduction column packed with cadmium plated zinc power. The ranges of determination are 0 - 10 mg/L for Fe（ Ⅱ ） and 0 - 12 mg/L for Fe（ Ⅲ ）. The limits of detection are 1.2 × 10^-6 mg/L for Fe（ Ⅱ） and 1.8 × 10 ^-6 mg/L for Fe（Ⅲ ）. This method has been applied to the determination of Fe（ Ⅱ ） and Fe（ Ⅲ ） in water with satisfactory results.
