益微制剂对肉仔鸡生长和某些生理指标影响的研究

摘　　要：用加有0.2％益微制剂(以一种蜡质芽孢杆菌为主的复合微生态制剂)的日粮饲喂肉仔鸡,分3组处理(对照、0～28天和0～49天加益微),定期称体重和取血,观察对鸡生长和部分生理、生化指标的影响。初步获得以下结果:添加益微的两组鸡增重较好,而两组间差异不明显;全部鸡红细胞比容和数量、血红蛋白及血浆蛋白等值均在正常范围,无组间差异:饲喂益微的鸡血浆β-脂蛋白显著升高,7周龄血中葡萄糖明显高于对照鸡;并且血浆T_4含量显著升高,T_3/T_4比值下降;7周龄胰岛素水平比对照鸡略低;饲喂益微的鸡的血浆IgG含量显著高于对照鸡。而盲肠内容物沙门氏杆菌阳性检出率显著低于对照鸡。288 Broilers were divided into three groups and fed diets without or with 0.2% YIWF.I (a commercial Bacillus Toyoi feed additive) either from 0 to 28 days or from 0 to 49 days of age. The following results were obtained: the average body weight of the two groups treated with YIWEI was higher than that of the control groups , but there was no significant difference between the two treated groups; The hematocrit and number of the erythrocytes, plasma albumin and globulin were in the normal range;β- lipoprotein and thyroid hormone (T4) increased significantly, but the ratio of T< to T3 decreased at 4 and 7 weeks of age; plasma glucose content increased markedly, but insulin level decreased at 7 weeks of age in both YIWEI - treated groups and treatment with YIWEI resulted in higher plasma IgG level in broilers. The positive percentage of Salmonella in caecal contents were lower for both YIWEI treatments compared to that of control.
