血热型/血燥型银屑病患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群变化

摘　　要：目的探讨血热型/血燥型银屑病患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群变化规律,并和正常人作比较。方法选择血热型银屑病患者35例、血燥型银屑病患者30例和正常人36例的外周血单一核细胞,采用流式细胞分析方法检测T淋巴细胞亚群中CD4^+和CD8^+的比例。结果在银屑病患者外周血中,血热型CD4^+淋巴细胞明显低于血燥型或正常人,CD8^+淋巴细胞明显高于血燥型或正常人,CD4^+/CD8^+比值明显倒置,而血燥型CD4^+和CD8^+淋巴细胞与正常人相比没有差异。结论T淋巴细胞变化可能是血热型/血燥型银屑病辨证求因的主要效应细胞之一。Objective To investigate the peripheral blood T lymphocyte profile of patients with psoriasis of blood-heat and blood-dryness type, and to compare it with that of normal controls. Methods Peripheral blood T lymphocyte profile in PBMCs was measured by flow cytometer in 35 patients with psoriasis of blood-heat type and 30 patients with psoriasis of blood-dryness type. Results In the peripheral blood of psoriatic patients of blood-heat type, CD4^＋ T lymphocyte count and the ratio of CD4/CD8 lymphocytes were significantly decreased, while CD8^＋ T lymphocyte count was significantly increased as compared to that in the psoriatic patients of blood-dryness type and in healthy controls. The T lymphocyte profile in blood-dryness syndrome psoriatic patients was similar to that in health controls. Conelusions T lympho- cytes might be the main differentiating cells to identify pattern and seek disease causes of psoriasis of blood-heat and blood-dryness types.
