摘  要:利用正交试验法确定了45钢的闪光对焊轴对称件焊接工艺。通过温度场的测定及焊接接头的金相组织观察,明确了焊接接头的轴向指数温度场分布规律和径向抛物线型的温度分布规律及其组织转变情况,力学性能测试结果表明,焊接接头的抗拉强度高于母材,而其塑性较母材差。The flash butt welding parameters of axisymmetric 45 steel were determined utilizing the orthogonal test. The temperature distribution, microstructure and mechanical properties of 45 steel in flash butt welding were investigated synthetically by means of temperature data acquisition, examination of microstmcture and mechanics testing. Exponential distribution rule in the temperature field of axial direction, parabolical rule in the radial direction and its microstructure changes were represented. The results of the mechanical property testing show that the tensile strength of the welding joints is higher than matrix, hut its plasticity is worse than matrix.
