摘  要:在AZ91D镁合金表面采用热喷涂工艺制备了锌铝涂层;为提高涂层与基体的结合强度,用热扩散处理以使涂层与基体间形成冶金结合,考察了热扩散温度和时间对涂层性能的影响。研究表明:经扩散处理后,涂层与基体界面处形成扩散熔合区,结合强度大大提高;能使涂层获得优良综合性能的最佳工艺是300℃×2h。A protecting layer of zinc-aluminum coating on the surface of AZ91D magnesium alloy was obtained by thermal spraying. In order to enhance the integrating strength between magnesium alloy matrix and zinc-aluminum coating, The heat diffasion treatment was used to forme the metalturgy combination,the effects of temperature and time on the microstructure and property of the coating were exptored. The results show that a diffusion fusion layer is formed between the substrate and the coating, and the integrating strength is greatly improved,the optimization heat diffusion process is at 300℃ for two hours.
