摘 要:建立了基于热平衡机理的热风回流焊机机理模型——多温区对象的动态数学模型,根据该系统三种不同的工况分别建立了动态数学模型,并在此模型基础上进行了MATLAB仿真和现场数据采集,根据仿真数据和现场实际采集的数据,对动态数学模型进行了检验,结果表明,动态数学模型的误差控制在较小范围内,所建立的数学模型具有很高的应用价值。将该动态模型应用到实际控制中,控温精度达到了±0.8%以内的较好效果。The reflow soldering machine mechanism model——the dynamic mathematical model of multiple temperature zones was set up on the basis of heat balance mechanism initially, and then dynamic mathematical models were respectively set up according to three different states of multiple temperature zones system, MATLAB simulation and data-acquisition from the scene were also researched. Based on the data gathered from the scene and simulation, the dynamic mathematical model was tested. The results indicate that the error of the model can be controlled within very small range, and the mathematical model has significant practical value. A good result that the temperature is controlled at the inside of ±0.8% is obtained from the model when the model is used in the system.
