摘  要:目的:比较二种材料张力带方法治疗髌骨骨折的疗效。方法:手术治疗髌骨骨折52例,其中29例采用克氏针钢丝固定,23例采用可吸收材料PLLA—PDSII内固定。结果:两种方法在手术时间、骨折愈合时间、及治疗效果无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。但在并发症的发生率上有显著性差异(P〈0.01)。结论:可吸收材料PLLA—PDSII张力带治疗髌骨骨折是一种较理想的内固定方法,值得推广应用。Objective: To compare the effect of PLLA-PDSII and metal tension band in treatment of the patients with patellar fractures. Methods: 52 patients were employed in this study group, 29 of them were treated with Kirschner wire and steel wire tension band, 23 of them were treated with biodegradable PLLA-PDSII tension band. Results: There was no significant difference between the two groups in the time of operation, healing time of fracture and the clinical effect (P〉0.05). But there was a significant difference in the incidence of complication (P〈0.01). Conclusion: Biodegradable PLLA-PDSII tension band is an ideal method to treat the patients with patellar fractures and worth spreading.
