摘  要:目的:观察一盘珠颗粒对实验性家兔急性软组织损伤后血肿局部软组织NO(一氧化氮)的影响以及局部软组织的形态学改变。方法:建立实验性家兔急性软组织损伤后血肿模型。随机分为一盘珠颗粒高剂量组(5.4 g/kg)、中剂量组(2.7 g/kg)、低剂量组(1.35 g/kg)、三七片组(2.7 g/kg)、正常组、盐水对照组。除正常组外、其余各组分别应用一盘珠颗粒或对照药物或等剂量生理盐水腹腔注射。在治疗后第3天、7天于损伤局部软组织取材,在光镜下观察其组织形态学变化;并将部分组织进行组织匀浆,采用比色法测定匀浆液NO含量。结果:一盘珠治疗组,三七片组损伤局部软组织的淤血明显消退,肌纤维的修复也较盐水组迅速:盐水组损伤局部软组织NO含量在伤后各时相均明显高于正常组(P<0.05);一盘珠颗粒呈剂量依赖方式抑制模兔损伤组织内NO含量的升高(P<0.05),且与三七片组比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:一盘珠颗粒能显著促进损伤局部瘀血的消散,并能加快肌纤维的修复。一盘珠颗粒治疗急性损伤性血肿的疗效机理之一与降低局部软组织细胞释放的自由基NO含量有关。Objective:To observe the effect of Yipanzhu granula on NO level of the located soft tissue in acute injuring haematoma model. Methods:Acute injuring haematoma rabbit model were made and randomly divided into 6 groups:1)Normal group, 2}High dose group(5.4g/kg), 3)Middle dose group(2. 7g/kg), 4)Low dose group(1. 35g/kg), 5)Sanqi tablet group, 6 ) Sodium chloride group. Except the normal group, yipanzhu, control drugs or equal volume sodium chloride were given to the model animals by peritoneal injection. After 3 day, or 7days, the injured tissue were taken out from the animals. The variation of histomorphology in the injured tissue was observed under light microscope. Part of the injured tissue was homogenated and the NO contents were measured through chromatometry. Results: The congestion of the injured tissue of the yipanzhu group and sanqipian group resolved quicker than of the sodium chloride group. At the same time, myofibrillar renovation of the yipanzhu group and the sanqipian group were quicker than that of the sodium chloride group. The NO contents in sodium chloride group were higher than those in the normal control group at each phase(P〈 0.05). Yipanzhu granula could significantly decrease the advance of NO in the injured soft tissue in dose--dependent way(P〈0.05). Compared with the sanqi tablet group, there was no significant difference(P〉0.05). Conclusion: Yipanzhu granula can promote the dissipation of the injured tissue as well as the accelerate the renovation of myofibrillar. Yipanzhu granula can inhibit the increase of NO in the injured soft tissue, this may be one of the mechanisms that Yipamzhu granula can treat acute injuring haematoma by anti--inflamation.
