益肾健脾养血通利方对左旋炔诺孕酮多囊卵巢综合征大鼠模型的影响

摘　　要：目的观察益肾健脾养血通利方对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)大鼠的作用,并对其作用机理进行初步探讨。方法制作左旋炔诺孕酮PCOS大鼠模型,观察大鼠妊娠率以及电镜结果。结果本方能提高PCOS大鼠的妊娠率,对PCOS大鼠卵巢异常结构的细胞器具有修复作用。结论益肾健脾养血通利方提高妊娠率,对受损的细胞器具有修复作用。Objective To investigate the effect of Yishen Jianpi Yangxue Tongli fang （YSJP） on PCOS rats and approach the action mechanism of the recipe. Methods The animal model of levonorgestrel＇s PCOS rat was established to observe the pregnancy rate and examinational results of light and electron-microscope. Results YSdP could promote pregnancy. The examinational results of light and electron-microscope showed that YSJP could recover the abnormal structure of organeUe of the ovary. Conclusion YSJP had the effect of promoting pregnancy, recovering the injured organeUe.
