湖农5s／特青2号亲本的生育特性、开花习性及制种技术

摘　　要：湖农５ｓ／特青２号的亲本在５月播种，播始历期母本为７８～８７ｄ，比父本短５～７ｄ，主茎叶片数父母本同为１６片左右，幼穗分化期母本为３０ｄ，比父本短２ｄ，母本抽穗快而集中为其突出特点，但母本开花后５ｄ才进入开花高峰期，比父本迟２ｄ，所以父母本同时开始幼穗分化，父本迟２ｄ抽穗，花期正好相遇。母本花时比较分散，但高峰期与父本相同，母本在高峰期前开花数占６０％左右，花时大部分相遇。根据以上特点，吸取三系制种经验，湖农５ｓ／特青２号的制种采取一期父本，适当密植丛插，花期高度相遇，巧用激素等措施就可取得高产。HN5s / Teqing-2 as parents is sowed in May at Jingzhou. It takes 78￣87 days from sowing to earing of HN5s,which is shorter than that of the father by 5￣7 days. The number of leaf on the main stem of both parents is 16 or so. The ear differentiation period of the mother is 30 days. And the earing of HN5s as the mother is rapid and concentrative, which is the protrudent character of HN5s. But HN5s enter into the summit blooming time in 5 days after its blooming, which is shorter than that of Teqing-2 by 2 days. In result, both parents start the ear differentiation at the same time, and the earing time of Teqing-2 is late than HN5s by 2 days, their blooming times are meeting with just right. The blooming time of HN5s is scattering in a wide range, but its summit period is at a time with the father.The ratio of the bloomed flower on HN5s before the summit is 60% or so, and the blooming time are meeting at large. According to these characters, and absorbing the experience of the three-line seed production, the seed production of HN5s/ Teqing-2 adopt one term father,dense-plant and clump arrangement, the blooming time of both parents are meeting by a large degree. Furthermore, high yield is available by using the plant hormone.
