关于中西医结合专业设置及其人才培养的几点思考(一)

摘　　要：分析了中西医结合专业设置的必要性与中西医结合专业的现状及其面临的问题,得出结论:为了能够发展利国利民的中西医结合事业,中西医结合专业应该予以设立并发展下去。同时,考虑到当前中西医结合专业在学科建设、专业学制、教材编写、师资建设等方面存在的一些问题,我们应该在学科建设方面,积极推进中西医结合基础理论的研究;在专业学制方面,提倡研究生教育、大力发展本科教育、逐步停办专科教育;在教材编写方面,立足于为中西医结合人才打下扎实的专业基础而整合重组、重新编写中西医课程教材;在师资建设方面,加紧对现有教师进行培训。Analysis was done to present situation and problems found concerning necessity of arranging the subject of integration of Chinese and Western medicine with the conclusion that this subject should be set up and get developed for the progress of our nation and our people. Meanwhile considering problems found in aspects of subject strengthening, length of schooling, teaching material compilation, and teaching staff construction, we should promote research on fundamental theories of integration of Chinese and Western medicine for subject strengthening; advocate postgraduate education, vigorously develop undergraduate education and gradually cancel vocational education for length of schooling; recompose and recompile textbooks on the basis of laying a solid foundation for professional of integration of Chinese and Western medicine for teaching material compilation; and speed up training of existing teaching faculty for teaching staff construction.
