摘 要:研究结果表明.在非洲菊生根培养基中,附加ABT0.25~2.00mg·L-1可促进根原基的分化和生长.其中以0.5mg·L-1的效果最好,试管苗生根率达100%,移栽成活率达98.9%。在MS基本培养基中,附加ABT0.2mg·L-1和BA0.1mg·L-1,可使非洲葡芽的增殖和生根同步完成。在非洲菊芽的增殖培养基中,将ABT0.2mg·L-1与BA2.0mg·L-1配合使用,可促进非洲菊不定芽的增殖,其效果与BA+NAA联用相近.优于单独使用BA或BA+IBA联用。The effect of ABT in rapid propagation of Barberton daisy(Gerbera jamesoni)through tissue culture was studied. The results showed that root primordium differentiationand root growth of gerbera were improved in the rooting media supplemented with 0. 25~2. 00 mg L-1 ABT; in which the optimum concentration of ABT was 0.5 mg L-1; resultingin 100% rooting rate and 98.9% survival rate of transplanted plantlets. Combined supplement of 0.2 mg L-1 IABT and 0.1 mg L-1 BA in MS medium synchronized the propagation and rooting of gerbera. In gerbera proliferation medium;the effect of combined application of0.2 mg L-1 ABT and 2.0 mg L-1 BA was similar to that of combined application of BA(2.0 mg L -1)and NAA(0.2 mg L-1); but was better than that of single application of BA(2.0 mg L-1) (CK)or combined application of BA(2.0 mg L-1)and IBA(0. 2 mg L-1).
