摘　　要：深入分析了ReferenceFramework(RF)5的原理和结构,说明了各数据元素的作用及相互关系,并通过动态目标检测例程详细说明了ReferenceFramework5在数字图像处理中的应用。The paper analyses the structure and theory of reference framework 5 deeply,introduces kinds of data elements and their relationshs. It also expatiates the application of reference framework 5 in digital image processing by illustrating the demo of motion detect.
