摘 要:从3~7月份对上海地区甜椒病毒病进行了田间症状调查和实验室电子显微镜观察及简易二重扩散试验测定,结果表明甜椒病毒病是在定植前受到黄瓜花叶病毒(CMV)和烟草花叶病毒甜椒株系(TMV-P)感染所致,在植株生育期中,CMV和TMV-P的感染程度扩大,到收获后期(7月上旬)其感染率超过50%。而采用无病种子和设置防虫网的,则感染率较低。本文分析了病毒病发生的原因和病毒病防治的几个对策。The virus diseases of sweet pepper were surveyed from March to July 1994 inShanghai area. The results showed that the sweet pepper was infected by cucumber mosaicvirus(CMV)and tobacco mosaic virus-pepper strain(TMV-P)before transplanting.Theinfection extents of CMV and TMV-P were enlarged respectively during the growth period ofsweet pepper and more than half plants were infected by the viruses at the end ofharvest.Relatively low infection rate was observed in only one field where noninfected seedsand fly nets were used. The paper discussed also the cause of the severe infection of theseviruses and suggested some ideas about the protection against the viral damage.
