我国学校篮球教学发展进程与未来展望  

On the Development and Prospect of Basketball-teaching in Schools of China

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、观察法、逻辑分析等方法,对新中国学校篮球教学发展进程进行研究,发现了学校篮球教学在其发展进程中存在着一些问题:1)地区差异和经济发展水平的不平衡造成学校篮球教学的发展不平衡;2)学校和社会的教育观、体育观影响着学校篮球教学;3)篮球教学方式和教学内容存在缺陷;4)重“训”轻“普及”;5)篮球教学理论研究人才和实践人才培养出现脱节等等。最后对我国学校篮球教学的未来作了展望,如转变教育指导思想、继续推进全方位的篮球教学改革、增加学校对篮球教学投入、优化学校篮球教学人力资源和学校篮球运动人才培养体制等。By means of literature reviews, observation, logical analysis, this paper conducts a research on the course of development of basketball teaching in schools of China and has discovered the following problems in the progress of the school basketball teaching： 1） there exists an imbalaneed development of school basketball teaching due to regional disparity and uneven economic development in China; 2） the educational and physical educational views of schools and society have deeply affected the school basketball teaching; 3） there are drawbacks and weaknesses as to the teaching methods and course contents of basketball; 4） there seems to be an emphasis on ＂training＂ rather than ＂popularization＂;5） there is a shortage of talented personnel who specialize in the study of basketball teaching and in its practice. Finally the author of this paper tries to look forward to the prospect of the school basketball teaching and proposes measures such as renewing the guiding ideology of education, continuing to promote the all-rounded basketball educational reform ,increasing the school investment in the basketball teaching and optimizing the cultivation system for the human resources in school basketball teaching and basketball talents.
