陕西省普通高校研究生余暇体育活动现状的调查研究

摘　　要：采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计法,对陕西省六所高等院校(包括理工类、师范类和医学类)硕士研究生的体育习惯、体育行为进行调查研究,结果发现:陕西省高校研究生参加体育健身活动的情况不容乐观;有组织的体育活动开展情况较差。在对调查结果进行分析的基础上,提出了相应的对策和建议,从而为高校加强研究生体育工作的组织、管理,尽快提高研究生的体质状况和健康水平提供理论依据。Through means of literature review, questionnaires and mathematical statistics, this paper makes an investigation into the habits and behavior of physical education for postgraduates in six colleges in Shaanxi Province （including types of science and technology, medical and normal colleges）. The result shows that the situation for postgraduates＇ participation in sports activities and organized sports activities are not very good. Based on the analysis of the research results ,the writers of this paper put forward some suggestions for the organization and administration of college sports activities for postgraduates in order that the students＇ physical and health conditions can be improved.
