硒在奶山羊体内的毒物动力学研究

摘　　要：８只奶山羊单剂量快速静注亚硒酸钠（０．４ｍｇｋｇ－１）后，血硒浓度时间曲线表明，动力学特征符合二室开放模型。其最佳方程为ｃ＝２．２０９ｅ－２．６０１ｔ＋１．１２４ｅ－０．０７５ｔ．其他动力学参数：分布半衰期（ｔα２）为０．２９４ｈ，消除半衰期（ｔβ２）为１０．１１０ｈ，表观分布容积（Ｖａ）为３５３．０３３ｍＬｋｇ－１，体清除率（ＣＬＢ）为２５．０４ｍＬｋｇ－１ｈ－１，曲线下面积（ＡＵＣ）为１６．６５８ｍｇｈＬ－１．依据单剂参数，以一个半衰期为给药间隔。Eight milk goats are treated with asingledosage[KG*2/3]ofsodiumselenite(0.4 mg\5kg -1 Bw) intravenously and rapidly.The two compartment open model with first order disabsorption adequately describes plasma selenium disposition.The best selenium concentration time equation is: =2.209 e -2.601 t +1.124 e -0.075 t .The toxicokinetics parameters are as follwos: t α2 :0.294h, t β3 :1 0.110 h, V d :353.033 mL·kg -1 , Cl B :25.040 mL\5kg -1 \5h -1 AUC,16.658 μg·mL -1 ·h.According to the parameters of single dose,if the dosage intervl equals one half life of selenium in goats,the parameters of repeat dosage can be calculated.
