摘　　要：针对唐山钢铁集团有限责任公司冷轧薄板厂生产的带钢表面存在乳化液残留痕迹,及轧制油耗高等问题,对乳化液系统进行了改进,并对轧制规程等进行了优化,取得了较好效果。In view of existing residual emulsion on the surface of strip and high consumption of rolling oil, the emulsion system of single-stand reversing mill of Tangshan Iron and Steel Group Co. was reformed, and the rolling schedule was optimized.At last, the good effects were obtained.
