宏观调控下浙江建筑企业经营模式改革探析

摘　　要：从浙江建筑企业经营模式改革顺应国家宏观经济调控政策的角度,针对房地产和基础建设投资已纳入2006年浙江重点调控领域的现实条件,对浙江建筑企业经营模式改革意愿进行实证研究.按企业资质等级进行分层随机抽样,在建筑企业经营现状问卷调查的基础上,利用SPSS软件中Multinomial Logistic方法,研究并总结现阶段企业经营模式改革意愿的实际需求和影响因素.The construction enterprises＇ management reform has been under way demanded and guided by the government macro control policies, and investment in real estate and infrastructure has become one of major objectives under the macro control in Zhejiang in 2006. Based on the current situation, the author conducts an active research on construction enterprises management reform. By applying the stratified random sampling to the enterprises＇ qualification levels, and based on the survey results about the enterprises＇ current management situation, the Multinomial Logistic in SPSS is used in this paper to facilitate the research and summarize the real demands and influential factors existing in the management reform of construction enterprises in Zhejiang.
