摘　　要：中国封建监察制度经历了一个长期、曲折的发展过程。在此过程中,它以维护皇权作为自己的根本宗旨,是皇帝治吏的工具,皇帝的开明程度直接关系到监察制度作用的发挥。中国封建监察制度与封建王朝的兴衰有着密不可分的联系,在维护封建制度和加强皇权方面发挥了一定的作用。The Feudal Supervision system of China had experienced a long tortuous developing course. During which it made safeguarding imperial authority as its basic aim, it was the tool for the emperor to govern his officials. Whether the emperor was liberal or not influenced the function of the Feudal Supervision system. There was a close relationship between the Feudal Supervision system and the rise and decline of the feudal dynasties. And it played a certain part in defending the feudalism and strengthening the rights of emperors.
