摘　　要：对某铝合金底盘铸件采用UG进行实体造型,利用ProCAST软件对2种工艺方案下的充型和凝固过程进行了数值模拟,直观显示了铸件的压铸成型过程,预测了铸件在成型过程中可能出现的各种铸造缺陷,并根据模拟结果对比选出了较合理的工艺,从而提高了铝合金压铸件的整体质量。UG software was used to establish the solid feature of a casting aluminum alloy chassis. Two technological processes of cavity filling and solidification were numerically simulated by ProCAST software. The die casting procedure was visually displayed, thus various foundry defects could be predicted. Preferable process was selected by comparison of two simulation results which would help to improve the integrated quality of casting aluminum alloy parts.
