摘　　要：以把手产品为例,根据塑件表面质量要求,对浇口位置、型芯、拨杆和侧抽位移及方式进行了研究,设计了带有定模隧道型滑块的注射模,讨论了侧抽位移的影响因素,并得出了相应的计算公式,对同类模具设计有一定的借鉴作用。An injection mould with tunnel-type slider at fixed haft for a handle was designed according to the need for surface quality and the analysis of gate location, core type, deflector rod and mode and displacement of side sliding. The influencing factors on displacement of side sliding were discussed and relevant computing formulae were given.
