明清的茶书及其历史价值

摘　　要：本文对明清茶书进行了系统的整理,探讨了明清茶书的历史价值。指出明清茶书承前启后,对我国传统茶学做了多方面的总结,同时肇始了我国近代茶学。提出了应当重视和加强对明清茶书研究的建议。Tea books written in Ming and Qing dynasty were sorted out systemically. Their historic value was discussed. Traditional tea science was summarized and modern tea science was inaugurated in these tea hooks. Strengthening the research on these books was suggested.
