摘　　要：本项研究在GIS技术的支持下,从地震灾害成灾机理出发,建立了地震保险纯保费的计算方法,开发研制了用于建筑物财产保险地震灾害损失评估的计算机信息系统。应用此信息系统,计算比较了不同地区建筑地震损失期望的差异,分析了不同免赔额和限额的设定对保险公司赔付的影响。Based on the actual condition of insurance company, we investigate earthquake disaster-beating mechanism, and bring forward a method to calculate earthquake disaster insurance premium. Then a GIS-based system is developed to estimate earthquake insurance premium for different zones and analyze insurance company earthquake loss for different deduction and limit.
