产妇按摩乳头代替婴儿吸吮对催乳素水平的影响

摘　　要：目的：探讨产妇用手按摩乳头代替婴儿吸吮对催乳素水平的影响。方法：将剖宫产术后3h无乳汁分泌的99例产妇随机分为两组,56例产妇用手按摩乳头代替婴儿吸吮为实验组,43例产妇采用婴儿常规吸吮为对照组。结果：实验组产妇能早泌乳、多泌乳,防止乳头皲裂的发生,有利于母婴健康。结论：产妇用手按摩乳头代替婴儿吸吮可使催乳素分泌量增加。Objective： The summary purpose investigates a pregnant woman to massage nipple to replace by hand the infant sucks up to urge a milk vegetable level of influence. Method： Produces Pregnant woman of cesarean section empress the three hours have no pregnant woman whom the human milk secretes to is divided into 2 sets random, 56 pregnant woman massages nipple to replace an infant to suck up for the experiment set by hand, 43 infant＇s normal regulationses suck up for the matched control. Result： Pregnant woman can early secrete milk, many Secrete milk, prevent from the nipple occurrence of crack, be advantageous to female baby＇s health. Conclusion： Pregnant woman massages nipple to replace an infant to suck up to make urge a milk a vegetable to secrete quantity increment by hand.
