可吸收医用生物膜用于腭裂修复的护理

摘　　要：目的：探讨应用可吸收医用生物膜修复硬腭裂隙的护理。方法：对34例3岁以上腭裂患儿在修复软腭及悬雍垂的同时,剖开硬腭裂隙置入可吸收医用膜并予固定,进行严密观察及护理。结果：本组患儿中30例一期愈合,生物膜完整无破损,两侧创缘组织生长良好,创口面积逐渐缩小,3月后创口完全闭合；3例患儿二期愈合,1例患儿2月后生物膜部分吸收,3月后完全吸收。结论：手术前后心理支持,术后精心护理,正确的饮食指导是保证手术成功的关键,对于可吸收医用膜修复硬腭裂隙具有重要的临床意义。Objective： Probe into nursing measures of applying inhalant medical biological film to restore hard palate crack. Method： 34 patients of above three - year - old infants were accepted soft palatorrhaphy and pendulous palate restore, at the same time using inhalant medical biological film put into hard palate crack, given closely observention and nursing. Result： 30 infant patients were healed in Ⅰ period, the bilogical film integrity; 3 patients were healed in Ⅱ period; the biological film were inhaled after three months completely. Concluaion： Psychological support before and after operation, careful nursing and correct diet guidance were the key link to ensure operation success, there was important clinical senses that using inhalant medical biological film to restore hard palate crack.
