术前护理访视对择期手术患者心理应激反应的临床观察

摘　　要：目的：观察术前护理访视对手术患者血压、心率指标的影响。方法：将120例择期手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。对照组患者术前1d由病房护士术前常规护理。观察组患者在此基础上,再由手术室护士术前1d下午进行术前访视。结果：观察组患者术前血压、心率与对照组比较,差异有显著性意义(P＜0．01)。结论：术前护理干预能有效地减轻手术患者血压、心率的波动,提高患者对手术的耐受性,保证麻醉和手术的顺利实施。Objective： Observe influence of nursing visiting preoperation to patients＇s blood pressure and heart rate. Method： 120 patients were divided into observention group （n = 60） and control group （n = 60） at random. Patients in control group were given normal nursing before operation 1 d by ward nurse. The doservention group accepted visiting by operating room nurse basied on control group. Result： There were remarable difference on blood pressure and heart rate between two groups （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion： Nursing intervention of visiting preoperation could reduce the fluctuate of blood pressure and heart rate, improve tolerance of operation and ensure implemention of anaesthesia and operation successfuly.
