摘　　要：本文对严重多发伤的急救护理、及时有效地救治进行了阐述,运用急救护理程序,充分调动了护士的主动性、积极性、果断性,提高了工作效率,缩短了抢救时间,提高了抢救成功率。This article introduced the definitong of severe multiple trauma, reviewed mainly about emergency treatment and nursing care of severe multiple trauma patients. It also mentioned that how to fully bring out nurse＇s activity, enthusiasm and decisive, improved their efficiency, shorten rescue time. These had got good rescuing success rate, nurses could learn more from the emergency rescue program.
