摘　　要：目的：探讨和分析手术室护士配合腹腔镜下行阑尾切除术的方法和体会。方法：对726例腹腔镜下行阑尾切除术的手术配合进行总结和分析。结果：全部病例无1例因术前准备或术中配合不当而影响手术或出现手术并发症。结论：手术室护士正确熟练的手术配合可使手术过程更加顺利,效果满意。并能有效延长仪器、器械的使用寿命,使患者安全、顺利康复。Objective： Probe into the way of coopreation of appendix resection undergoing celiosope for nurse in operation room. Method： To sum up and analyse methods of coopreation with appendix resection for 726 patients. Result： There was no complication. Conclusion： Correct and profication before operation for nurse in operating room could increase satisfation of effect, and could extend using time of apparatus, ensured the patients＇ safe and successful rehabiliation.
