摘 要:在对产品设计进程组成元素及其信息关联关系描述的基础上,针对设计中的连续和离散问题,提出基于敏度分析和知识推理的产品协同设计决策方法,给出几种敏度分析和知识推理方法及基于敏度分析和知识推理的产品协同决策进程。提出和实现了基于Agent的软件系统结构,以数控机床进给伺服系统的快速性耦合设计任务和同轴减速器零部件设计任务为例对协同决策进程及软件系统进行了说明。证明上述方法和系统可以快速地实现设计参数、上下游耦合设计任务之间的冲突检测和消解,减少设计迭代,提高机电类产品设计、协商的效率。A collaborative product design decision-making method based on the sensitivity analysis and knowledge reasoning techniques is proposed. The decision making model and dependence among design tasks and parameters are described, and three sensitivity analysis scenarios for continuous design problems and knowledge reasoning and sensitivity analysis combined method for discrete design problems are detailed presented. The collaborative decision-making procedure is elaborated. An agent system that incorporates the working mechanism of expert system and realizes sensitivity analysis fimctions is put forward. The method and system are tested with the design of feed servo system of numerically controlled machine and coaxial gear reducer, which illustrates that the method is sensitive to detect and resolve the conflict among design parameters and tasks, reduce design iterations and improve design decision-making and collaboration efficiencies.
