摘　　要：目的：评定桡偏复位经皮穿针内固定治疗小儿尺偏型肱骨髁上骨折的临床疗效.方法：小儿尺偏型肱骨髁上骨折213例（男183例,女30例;年龄1～15岁,平均6.4岁）,伸直型211例,屈曲型2例.所有患者均采用手法复位达桡偏约10°,配合经皮穿针内固定治疗.结果：术后3周去除内外固定,4～6周肘关节功能恢复,随访2～5年,参照Flynn标准,自拟评价标准,本组优132例,良77例,可4例,优良率达98.1%.结论：矫枉过正配合经皮穿针内固定治疗小儿尺偏型肱骨髁上骨折复位与固定操作简便,患肢功能恢复好,可有效预防肘内翻畸形.Objective：To study therapeutic effects of ulnar deviation reduction combined with internal fixation by use of percutaneous pin in the treatment of humeral surpracondylar fracture in children. Methods： Among 213 patients with humeral surpracondylar fracture of ulnar deviantion type, 183 patients were male and 30 patients were female,ranging in age from 1 to 15 years（ mean 6. 4 years）. Two hundred and eleven patients were fracture of straightened type and 2 patients were fracture of inflexion type. All the patients were treated with manipulative reduction to radial deviation of 10 degree,and internal fixation was also performed by use of percutaneous pin. Results： External and internal fixation were removed at 3 weeks after operation, and elbow function recovered at 4 to 6 weeks after operation. All the patients were followed up from 2 to 5 years. According to modified evaluation standard of Flynn by us, 132 patients reached excellent results,77 good and 4 fair. The excellent and good rate was 98. 1%. Conclusion： Over correction combined with internal fixation for the treatment of humeral surpracondylar fracture of ulnar deviantion possess follow advantages：simple reduction and fix- ation, excellent function recovery, and effective prevention from cubitus varus.
