刍议“艺术染整”应用于家纺产品研发的可行性

摘　　要：“艺术染整”作为区别于传统扎染和工业印染的一门新兴学科分支,其丰富柔性的工艺表现和“人文染整”的特征,突破了传统意义的扎染手工限制;其再造差别化、艺术化面料肌理,不仅独具中国民族特色,更能与现代时尚创意接轨,因此在纺织产品开发方面具有广阔的市场前景。文章通过对家纺产品发展现状和“艺术染整”工艺的分析,探讨了“艺术染整”应用于家纺产品研发的可行性。Artistic dyeing and finishing is a newly developed branch of learnings, which is different from the traditional tie- dyeing and industrial printing and dyeing. Its rich and varied artistic expression and characteristics of “humane dyeing and finishing” have broken through the limits of traditional tie- dyeing technique. The extraordinary and artistic fabric texture it created not only has distinctive ethnic features, but also expresses modern fashionable ideas. Therefore, it is predicted to have great market potential when being used for developing textile products. Based on introducing the development of home-textile products and analyzing the process of “artistic dyeing and finishing”, the article discusses the feasibility of applying this new concept to the R & D of home-textiles.
