天山马鹿清原品系选育研究

摘　　要：采用个体表型选择、单公群母配种和闭锁繁育等方法，经过风土驯化、确定系祖鹿和建立选育群；多组选育群自繁、“杂交”、选育，精选Ｆ１和Ｆ２代种公鹿和扩繁；扩大品系群数量、改善品系群质量、推广应用三个阶段，育成了天山马鹿清原品系鹿１１００只。该品系具有体貌一致，体型较大，体质结实，鲜茸平均单产７．８５７ｋｇ，鹿茸粗大、肥嫩、粗蛋白质（６３．７％）和氨基酸总含量（３９．６％）高，茸的优质率达９３％，繁殖成活率较高（５９．６７％），生产利用年限长（１５年），适应性强，遗传性能稳定，茸重遗传力０．３７、重复力０．７５。The Qingyuan strain of Tianshan wapiti (C.elaphus songaricus) was selected using the methods of individual selection, single stag herd female breeding and closed breeding, and going through three stages. The first is acclimatization, determining line ancestors and constructing breeding herd. The second is multiclass inter se breeding, 'crossing' ,extracting F 1 and F 2 sire stags and spreading reproduction. The third is increasing population quantity, improving quality, popularizing. The line herd have 1100 heads of Qingyuan strain wapitis which have the following typical and excellent characteristics: identical appearance, larger figure, strong physique, average 7.857kg per antler, bulky and tender antler, high crude protein (63.7%) and total aminoacids (39.6%), 15 years' productive life, extensive adaptability, stable genetic properties, heritability and repeatability of antler weight being 0.37 and 0.75 respectively. Its extension produced significant economic and social benefit.
