摘　　要：目的:考察不同试验条件下 MLT-7及有关物质的液相色谱行为,建立 MLT-7有关物质及含量的 HPLC 的测定方法。方法:Agilent Zorbax SB C_(18)(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),用甲醇-水(65:35)作为流动相,流速1.2 mL·min^(-1),检测波长278nm。结果:MLT-7在40～320μg·mL^(-1)范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,且操作简便,r=0.9999,日间、日内 RSD 均小于1%。该方法已应用于样品的测定。结论:此法简单,结果准确可靠,可用于 MLT-7的质量控制。Objective：To establish method for determination of content of MLT -7 and its related substances. Methods： Agilent Zorbax SB C18 （ 250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm） was used with methanol - water （ 65： 35 ） as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.2 mL · min^ - 1, The ultraviolet detection wavelength was 278 nm. Results： There was a good linear relationship within the range of 40 - 320μg · mL^- 1 （ r = 0. 9999 ）. The method was validated, and the stability tests under various conditions was performed. The reproducibility and precise of method was good. Conclusion ：The method proposed for content determination of MLT- 7 and its related substances by HPLC is simple, accurate, specific and could be used in quality control.
