摘　　要：目的:对毛茛科植物扬子毛茛的化学成分进行研究。方法:色谱和光谱分析法分离鉴定化学成分。结果:鉴定了棕榈酸、硬脂酸、豆甾烯醇、β-谷甾醇、尿囊素、硝酸钾、正三十一烷、β-胡萝卜苷8个化合物。结论:所得化合物均是首次从扬子毛茛中得到,其中尿囊素在毛茛科植物中为首次发现。Objective： To investigate the chemical constituents from Ranunculus sieboldii Miq. Method： Various chromatographic techniques were employed for isolation and puridication of the constituents. Results：Eight compounds were identified by spectroscopic analysis as palmitic acid, stearic acid, stigmasterol, β - sitosterol, allantoin, n - henreiacontane, daucosterol, KNO3. Conclusion： The compounds are isolated from Ranunculus sieboldii Miq. for the first time, and allantoin is firstly found in the ranunculaceae.
