摘  要:目的:研究十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)与硫酸庆大霉素的结合反应,建立测定硫酸庆大霉素的新方法。方法:在 pH5.3的 KH_2PO_4-Na_2HPO_4缓冲液中,SDBS 与硫酸庆大霉素通过分子间作用力形成缔合物,使λ_(ex)=λ_(em)=400nm 波长的弹性共振散射信号加强。结果:该方法在294~1029u·L^(-1)范围内呈线性关系,检出限为22.6u·L^(-1)。对6个不同批号硫酸庆大霉素注射液含量测定的结果,与药典方法测定值一致,RSD(n=6)为1.1%~3.2%,回收率为93.6%~102.4%。结论:此方法的稳定性好,灵敏度高,常见多种氨基酸及金属离子对测定干扰很小,可直接用于血样及尿样中硫酸庆大霉素含量的测定。Objective:The binding reactions of the sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate with gentamycin sulfate have been studied. Methods: In KH2PO4 -Na2HPO4 buffer of pH 5.3 the sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate combines with gentamycin sulfate by intermolecular forces to form complexes, causing an enhance of resonance light scattering (RLS) at wavelength of about 400 nm. Based on the enhancement of RLS, a novel method can be applied to the determination of gentamycin sulfate. Results:The linear range for the determination of gentamycin sulfate was 294 - 1029 u · L^-1 and the determination limits for gentamycin sulfate was 22. 6 u · L^-1. It can be satisfactorily used in the determination of the injection content of gentamycin. Among six times determination, the relative standard deviation was 1.1% -3.2% and the recovery 93.6% - 102.4%. Condusion:The method has high sensitivity and good selectivity, kinds of amino acid and metal ion disturbed the determination very gently. The method was directly applied to the determination of gentamycin in human serum and urine.
