摘  要:目的:建立同时测定注射用腺苷蛋氨酸中3种有关物质 S-腺苷-L-高半胱氨酸、甲硫腺苷及腺嘌呤的 HPLC 方法。方法:采用 Diamonsil^(TM)(钻石)C_(18) ODS 柱(4.6mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相为甲酸铵3.15g,辛烷磺酸钠0.5g,加水350 mL溶解,用甲酸调节 pH 至3.7,加水稀释至500 mL,取此溶液335 mL 加甲醇165 mL,混匀,即得;流速为1.1 mL·min^(-1),紫外检测波长为260 nm,柱温为30℃。结果:在本色谱条件下,3种有关物质均能得到较好的分离,在测定范围内有较好的线性及精密度。结论:测定方法简便、准确,灵敏度高,方法可靠,可用于注射用腺苷蛋氨酸有关物质的测定。Objective:To establish an RP- HPLC method for simultaneous stances in ademetionine for injection. Methods: The separation was performed determination of three related subwith a Diamonsil^TM C18 ODS column (4.6 mm ×250 mm,5 μm) at 30 ℃ ;ammonium formate 3. 15 g and octanen sulfoacid sodium 0. 50 g was dissolved with 350 mL water, adjust pH to 3.7 with formic acid and dilute to 500 mL with water, the mobile phase consisted of this solution -methanol( 335:165 ) ,flow rate at 0. 9 mL · min^- 1, UV detection at 260 nm. Results:In this chromatogram system,three related substances had a good separation and a good linear relation over the determination concentration. Conclusion:This method is simple, accurate, sensitive and applicable for determination related substances of ademetionine.
