铬系白口铸铁的研究进展

摘　　要：综述了铬系白口铸铁耐磨材料的国内外研究方向和研究现状,对低铬铸铁、中铬铸铁和高铬铸铁三类铬系白口铸铁的碳化物类型、制备工艺、性能特点、适用范围和现阶段开发程度进行了分析,综合评价了各类铬系白口铸铁的优缺点并探讨了其研究和应用未来的发展趋势。Chromium white cast iron is a kind of widely used wear resistant material, composed of low-, medium- and high-chromium cast irons,of which its investigation direction and recent research achievements at home and abroad have been reviewed with analysis on types of carbides,preparation techniques, characteristics of property,application ranges and development levels.The advantages and disadvantages of three kinds of chromium white cast irons have been synthetically evaluated with discussion about the future development tendency of their investigation and application.
