摘  要:研究了水滑石(HT)对聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)非等温结晶行为的影响。差示扫描量热法分析表明,以10℃/min降温时,添加HT的PET的过冷度减少10℃左右;半结晶时间也明显降低,说明PET的结晶能力增强,成核能力提高,结晶速率加快。同时,结晶热焓(ΔHmc)和熔融热焓均有所增加。当w(HT)为0.5%,以10℃/min降温时,PET的熔融结晶温度可以达到201.99℃,ΔHmc为44.75 J/g。The effect of hydrotalcite (HT) on non-isothermal crystallization capacity of poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET) was studied. The degree of supercooling of PET filled with HT was decreased by about 10 ℃ when it was cooled at the rate of 10 ℃/min, as indicated by the analysis of differential scanning calorimetry. Meanwhile, the crystallization half-time also shortened apparently, this fact confirmed that the PET composite was endued with an increase in its crystallization capacity, a rise in its nucleating power and acceleration in its crystallization rate. At the same time, both the crystallization enthalpy (△Hmc) and fusion enthalpy was raised to certain extent. The melting crystallization temperature and △Hmc of the PET composite reached 201.99 ℃ and 44.75 J/g respectively when the mass fraction of HT was 0.5% and the cooling rate was 10 ℃/min.
