摘  要:按2×2析因实验设计将Wistar大鼠分成4组:I+Se+、I+Se-、I-Se+和I-Se-组。观察了碘硒两种因素及其联合作用对生后15日、30日龄仔鼠大脑总脂质,总磷脂及总胆固醇含量的影响。结果表明缺碘组(I-Se+和I-Se-)三项指标的含量均明显低于补碘组(I+Se+,I+Se-),而缺硒与补硒组之间无差别,提示缺碘组仔鼠存在脑髓化障碍。经析因方差分析表明,碘因素对上述指标的影响极为显著,而硒因素以及碘硒交互作用均未见明显影响。提示缺碘是影响脑脂类代谢即脑髓化障碍的主要原因。Wistar rats were randomly divided into 4 groups:I +Se +,I +Se -,I -Se + and I -Se - based on 2×2 factorial design.The effects of iodine,selenium and of their combined deficiency of brain lipid content were studied in 15 and 30 day rats after birth.The results showed that the contents of total lipid,phospholipid and cholesterol in iodine deficient groups(I -Se + and I -Se -) were much lower than those in iodine supplement groups(I +Se + and I +Se -),while there was no statistic difference between Se-deficient and Se-supplement groups,which indicated that retarded myelination in brain was caused by iodine deficiency.According to the factorial ANOVA,the significant effect of iodine factor on lipid content was found.Se factor and the combination of iodine and selenium showed no effect.The findings in this paper indicated that iodine deficiency was a major cause of retardation in brain myelination [WT5”HZ]
