摘  要:绿色消费是一种全新的消费理念与消费方式,绿色消费的实施既有利于国家又有利于个人,但从中国的实际来看,由于收入不平衡、绿色产品价格偏高、绿色产品市场发育不充分、绿色消费动机缺乏、消费者素质有待提高以及绿色消费的社会环境欠缺,致使绿色消费的实施推进缓慢。为此,建立健全绿色消费的法律法规体系和各种社会保障制度,增强消费预期,促使绿色消费尽早实施已成当务之急。Green consumption is a brand-new consumption idea and pattern, and the green consumption is favorable to the country as well as individual. However, according implementation of to reality of our country, the implementation of green consumption is very slowly pushed further because of the uneven income, the high cost of green product, the insufficient growth of green product market, the lack of consumer motivation, consumer urgent matter at present is to quality and the social environment of green consumption. establish the perfect green laws and regulations system and all kinds of social security systems, enhance expense anticipated, urge implementation of green consumption as soon as possible.
