耳内窥镜在胆脂瘤型中耳炎治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨耳内窥镜下治疗胆脂瘤型中耳炎的优越性。方法：对68例（72耳）胆脂瘤型中耳炎在耳内窥镜下施术，术后随访1—5年。结果：所有病例均治愈，无复发。结论：耳内窥镜具有翻伤小、分辨率高和多视角的优点，能够彻底清除病灶，尽量保存正常结构，降低复发率，是治疗胆脂瘤型中耳炎的良好方法。Objective： To explore the virtues of ear endoscope in the treatment of cholesteatoma otitis media. Method： Sixty-eight patients （72 ears） with cholesteatoma otitis media were operated on under ear endoscope and were followed up for 1-5 years. Result： All cases were cured, and no recurrence happened. Conclusion： The ear endoscope has the virtues of small trauma, fine resolving power and muhiangle of view; it can remove the focus thoroughly and reserve the normal structure as far as possible and debase the relapse rate, so it is a good tool to treat the cholesteatoma otitis media.
