增殖体切除术对儿童慢性鼻窦炎疗效的影响

摘　　要：目的：探讨增殖体切除术对儿童慢性鼻窦炎疗效的影响。方珐：对儿童慢性鼻窦炎伴增殖体肥大33例行增殖体切除术，辅以药物治疗，观察疗效。结果：随访6～12个月，慢性鼻窦炎治愈24例，好转6例，无效3例，有效率91％。结论：增殖体肥大与慢性鼻窦炎有一定相关性。对伴有中重度增殖体肥大的慢性鼻窦炎患儿行增殖体切除术效果较好。Objective：To explore the effect of adenoidectomy on chronic sinusitis in children. Methods： Adenoidectomy was performed on 33 children with chronic sinusitis, meanwhile general therapy was applied for them. Results： Followed up from 6 to 12 months, the disease was cured in 24 patients, progressive in 6, and not improved in 3. The response rate was 91%. Conclusion： There are some relation between hypertrophy of adenoids and chronic sinusitis, and therefore adenoidectomy has salutary effect for chronic sinusitis of children.
