摘  要:对室内空气,用Andersen采样器采样,测得浮游细菌与真菌粒子平均浓度分别为1414cfu/m3与1167cfu/m3;用平板沉降法采样,测得其平均沉降量分别为122cfu/平板·min与0.30cfu/平板·min。细菌和真菌粒子沉降量与其浓度均呈正相关。由平板沉降法采样推算的室内空气浮游菌浓度明显低于以Andersen采样器测定者。The relationship between sedimentation amount and the concentration of microorganism particles suspending in room air was observed in a unit in Shenyang City.The Andersen air sampler was used for taking samples and the average concentrations of bacterial and fungal particles suspending in air were measured to be 1414 cfu/m3 and 1167 cfu/m3 respectively.The plate sedimentation method was used for sampling and the average sedimentation amounts of bacterial and fungal particles suspending in air were measured to be 1.22 cfu/plate·min and 0.30 cfu/plate·min respectively.Linear regression analysis of the results of measurement at different time indicated that the sedimentation amount and the concentration of either bacterial or fungal particles showed positive correlation.The average concentration of bacterialor fungal particles suspending in room air calculated from samples taken by plate sedimentation method was 955 cfu/m3 and 238 cfu/m3 respectively,which were lower than those obtained by Andersen air sampler method.
