摘　　要：目的探讨慢性肾功能衰竭与睡眠呼吸暂停综合征之间关系。方法观察50例慢性肾功能衰竭患者出现睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的临床表现,同时进行睡眠呼吸监测。结果发现46.0%慢性肾功能衰竭患者经间断血液透析,可使血清尿素氮及肌酐维持在正常水平,但睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的临床表现仍然存在,经睡眠呼吸监测确诊为睡眠呼吸暂停综合征。结论慢性肾功能衰竭患者易合并睡眠呼吸暂停综合征。Objective To discuss the relations chronic renal functional failure and sleep apnea syndrome. Methods 50 patients of chronic renal function failure appeared having the clinical exhibitions of sleep apnea syndrome by Polywin Sleep Gram. Results 46. 0% patients of chronic renal functional failure were diagnosed with sleep apnea syndrome through Polywin Sleep Gram. Conclusion The patients of chronic renal functional failure are easy merged with sleep apnea syndrome.
