洗必泰碘络合物毒性测定

摘　　要：经毒性测定，洗必泰碘络合物小鼠口服ＬＤ＿（５０）为３９５６．９９ｍｇ／ｋｇ，蓄积系数大于５。对小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞无明显致突变作用；对豚鼠皮肤无刺激作用；刺激豚鼠眼虹膜与结膜，可致暂时性中度充血，４８小时内恢复正常。因而，使用安全。Toxicity measurement revealed that the oral LD50 of Chlorhexidine-iodine complex for mice was 3956.99 mg/kg and the accumulation coefficient was higher than 5.It did not show significant mutagenic effect on polychromatic erythrocytes of mouse bone marrow and irritative effect on skin of guinea pig,but irritated iris and conjunctiva of guinea pig,causing transient moderate congestion,which subsided within 48 hours.Therefore it is safe for use.
