拉西地平治疗轻中度原发性高血压疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察拉西地平对轻、中度原发性高血压的疗效。方法采用开放式、自身对照试验,选取80例轻、中度原发性高血压患者,服用拉西地平4mg,1次/日,如服用2周无效则加至6mg,1次/日,共6周。观察服药前后血压的变化。结果经6周治疗后,总有效率为95.0%。至第2周时,收缩压和舒张压分别平均下降(12.4±9.2)mmHg(P<0.01)和(9.0±4.8)mmHg(P<0.01);至第6周末,收缩压和舒张压的下降幅度分别达(24.0±9.8)mmHg(P<0.01)和(14.4±5.1)mmHg(P<0.01)。结论拉西地平为一种降压平稳、疗效肯定的降压药物。Objective To observe the effect of laeidipine on mild-to-moderate essential hypertension. Methods By the open selfcontrol, 80 patients with mild-to-moderate essential hypertension were enrolled in this study. All patients had been orally given laeidipine 4mg once per day for six weeks without any other antihypertensive drugs. Dose increased to 6 mg once per day in patients whose cur- ative effects were ineffective after they were orally given laeidipine 4rag daily for two weeks. Changes of blood pressure were observed before and after treatment. Results After six weeks of laeidipine treatment,the total effective rate was 95.0%. After two weeks of treatment, the systolic BP and the diastolic BP reduced by （ 12.37 ± 9.22） mmHg （ P 〈 0.01 ） and （9.04 ± 4.78 ） mmHg （ P 〈 0.01 ） respectively. After six weeks of treatment, the systolic BP and the diastolic BP reduced by （23.96 ± 9.75 ） mmHg（ P 〈 0.01 ） and （ 14.39 ± 5.31 ） mmHg （ P 〈 0.01 ） respectively. Conclusion Conclusion Lacidipine had perfect antihypertensive effect on mild-tomoderate essential hypertension.
