湖南省部分城乡居民死因分析

摘　　要：１９９３～１９９４年对湖南省部分城乡居民死因进行了调查分析。结果显示：１９９３年全省居民总死亡率为５８６．４４／１０万，其中城市居民为５３０．７３／１０万，农村居民为６００．４６／１０万，１９９４年则分别为６２６．１５／１０万，５４４．８１／１０万和６４１．９４／１０万，均明显高于１９９３年。死因顺位分析，城市以循环系统疾病、肿瘤和呼吸系统疾病为主，而农村则为循环系统疾病，呼吸系疾病和损伤中毒。就目前城乡疾病防治的不同重点进行了探讨。n investigation of death cause has done for part population in Hunan Province in 1993 and1994. The results showed that in 1993 the total mortality was 586. 44 per 100 000 in whole popu-lation,530.73per 100 000in city population and 600. 46 per 100 000 in countryside population.In 1994 the total mortality was 626. 15 per 100 000,544. 81 per 100 000 and 641. 94 per 100 000respectively.The mortality rate in 1994 was significantly higher than that in 1993.the results ofdeath cause order analysis showed that the firsto to the third death causes were circulatory systemdiseases, tumor and respiratory system diseases in the city,and circutatory system diseases,res-piratory system diseases:and trauma-poisoning in the countryside. It is indicated that the at pre-cant emphasis of orevention and treatment of diseases is different between the city and the coun-tryside.
