25％白蛋白溶液对腹膜超滤的影响

摘　　要：观察０．９％氟化钠溶液，３％萄萄糖溶液及２５％人血白蛋白溶液对兔腹膜透析模型腹膜超滤的影响。结果显示：０．９％氯化钠组和２５％人血白蛋白组的超滤量没有显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５），３％萄萄糖组超滤量明显高于０．９％氯化钠组（Ｐ＜０．０１）；提示在一定范围内提高腹膜透析液的萄萄糖浓度能增加腹膜超滤量，采用高浓度白蛋白溶液对腹膜超滤量无明显影响。he influence of 0.9% NaCl,3% glucose and 25% human albumin upon the ultrafiltrationof peritoneal dialysis model of rabbits has been observed.The results showed that trere was nodifference in the ultrafiltration volume(UFV)between 0.9%NaCl Group and 25%AlbuminGroup(P>0.05).UFV of 3%Glucose Group was more than that of 0.9%NaCl Group(P<0.01).These demonstrated the increase of glucose concentration of perimneal dialysis fluidcan enhance UFV within certain extent.High concentration of albumin can not increase UFV of peritoneum.
