摘  要:论述了黄河下游治河工程安全实时监测关键技术研究的目的意义及目标 ;分析了险工、控导工程破坏模式和破坏部位 ,阐述了根石变形监测技术方案 ;给出了原阳县黄河河务局双井控导工程险情监测实例。黄河险工、控导工程根石走失监测难度较大 ,至今没有一种切实有效的解决办法。对工程进行实时监测 ,及时发现坝 (垛 )险情是确保黄河防洪安全的关键。原阳县黄河河务局研发的根石走失监测技术和图像识别技术 ,构思新颖 ,投资适中 ,技术先进 ,具有较强的可视性。This article deals with the target and significance on study of key technology of safety monitoring of real time of river training project in lower reaches of Yellow River. It analyzed damage mode and position of river training project, described technical scheme of deforming monitoring of root stone and put forward case study of monitoring in flood control of Shuangjing river training project in Yellow River Affairs Bureau of Yuanyang county. It is difficult to monitor going astray of rooted stone in Yellow River training project. So far, there is no effective way to tackle it. The key is to ensure flood control safety by way of finding urgent situation of dams and carry out real time monitoring. Monitoring rooted stone going astray and image identifying developed by Yellow River Affairs Bureau of Yuanyang county are original in conception, moderate in investment and advanced in technology.
